Next Sunday is our first Funday, BBQ and AGM.

The day starts at 11:00 with social, fun games.
The BBQ will then be open between 12 and 1pm and then the AGM will start at 1pm.
We don't plan for this to last for any more than 1 hour 30 minutes.

Please bring your own camping chairs to sit and watch the games, eat and listen to the AGM.

If you can't attend the AGM, please complete a proxy form and get someone to vote in your absence.
Likewise, with notinating positions of responsibility within the club, you can send your views on who would be good candidates before the day, if you can't make it.

The BBQ will offer: Sausages, Burgers and Veggie Burgers. All options will be gluten free and cost £1 per item.
There will be: onions, cheese slices and salami slices on offer to add to your hot dog or burger at an extra cost.
There will also be salad on offer.
